Franks is a GCPD officer.
Biography[]
When Officer Gordon was arresting Zaardon, Franks arrived, albeit, late. He was berated for Gordon by this, and after Franks asked Gordon what his problem was, he was pushed by Gordon. This was later reported to Commissioner Gillian Loeb who used it as an excuse to dismiss Gordon from the force.[1]
